Since March 2024, over 1,300 people have signed on to the below petition demanding action for the hundreds of people harmed by PCBs in Poe Hall and to ensure a safe campus for all current and future members of our campus community.

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the petition was hand delivered to Chancellor Randy Woodson with a 30-day deadline for the written plan to address each of the six demands.

On February 5, 2025, the 104th Session of the NC State University Student Government unanimously passed Resolution 94, known by the short title The Campus Environmental Health and Safety Act. The resolution was submitted for Chancellor Woodson’s review.

On May 13, 2025, CCAEJ issued this welcome letter to Chancellor Howell, providing documentation and recommendations on the path forward for his administration.
